Like religion (unlike very ancient religions), Constitution excludes people who do not believe (believe in secularism!! ) – by denying unconditional freedom to start a political party.

That is why constitutional secularism was by definition religion and is becoming more and more obvious as days pass. CONSTITUTION OF INDIA HAS BECOME A CULT

While agreeing with free gun laws as s means to empower the entity,
the INDIVIDUAL, the opposite of the mob (India is an Ochlocracy, mob rule. Mobs are formed by chrushing of it’s logical opposite the individual) I would not be very sure if Rapes have increased. To make a statement that Rapes have increased is notoriously difficult, as Rapes could be under or over reported and can be under or over registered.
I feel the most reliable indicator of increase of rapes is increase in homicide rate – as a pretty good record is kept of number of dead bodies(except in times of war). My reasonable assumption is strong correlation between number of homicides and number of rapes, as both are criminal activity exists(Cannot be proven). Indeed the number of homicides per thousand registered a dramatic drop after 1991 globalization by Narasimha Rao

India eats and drinks myths because it is a pseudo-democracy. Parliament has emancipated itself from democracy by the vehicle of reservation policy as STABLE vote banks are formed. It is no longer individual who votes but vote banks which votes.

Free and Fair Elections

Sane voices in India don’t stand a chance because Indian elections can at best be fair, but not FREE. Anybody has to agree to secularism and socialism (introduced into constitution during emergency) to start a new party. Marvellous in intention(even ignoring the fact that socialism and welfare state has produced ONLY mass murder), but wait a minute, both secularism and socialism are ideologies – and it is well known ideologies can turn into it’s opposite.

Thus strangely secularism can turn into a new religion. Lo behold the spectacle of Yediyurappa shifting Vidhana Soudha into a chamber of Siddganga Mutt (most of free time he was in the Mutt). Congress on the other hand is shifting all the mutts into a chamber of Vidhana Soudha!!

Logically conditional freedom is opposite of freedom, especially in human affairs. All restriction on starting of political parties should be removed trusting wisdom of voters.

Is freedom or the constitution parent? Since many countries like Britain don’t have a constitution ( like some people don’t have children) clearly freedom is parent.
